at least if you're in a metro area. People report prices they see; maybe it helps keep the prices a bit lower.

Read an article last year about how it's not the little stores making the money - they make their money selling lottery tickets and junk food.

between Lehman PA and Muncy PA (45 mile stretch) on the 118

ranged from $3.09 to $3.21

and we pay for it twice over: once when we gas up our cars or heat our homes, and the other indirectly through higher prices for utilities, groceries and other goods/services

people don't have the luxury of raising their own pay to cover the increases like businesses do, so to make ends meet - you start cutting back on anything/everything you can

again. And it will be rare when it gets that low.

23. Yesterday afternoon I past my gas station on the way home and

the gas type I need for my car was $3.25. This morning when I went in to fill the tank, it was $3.29. Four cents isn't much, but still, it was less than 18 hours between the 2 sightings. Luckily I get decent gas mileage and won't have to fill up for another 10 days.
