I read the above news story, and erroneously assumed that they were targeting gay men in a bathroom sting.

I saw this paragraph, and immediately assumed this was one of those bathroom sting operations that have been making the news lately.

Gary Stacy, 65, was arrested after he requested oral sex from an undercover officer at Bicentennial Park in Ormond Beach, near an area where students attend after-school activities, authorities said.

Doesn't actually say it took place in a bathroom.

Guess that's what I get for jumping to conclusions.

I'm guessing it was probably a woman, and they're looking for some sort of a sadist type that kills hookers. After all, the M.O. is about as old as serial killers themselves (see: Jack the Ripper)
