Farewell, Albuquerque Tribune

I for one will certainly miss them, and sorry to hear the potential bid to buy the paper fell through earlier this month. Alas, the end of the newspaper era is among us:

1. The sister paper, the Journal, is fit only to line a bird cage

I buy it once a week just for the TV guide. Once in a blue moon, I'll buy a Sunday paper for the adverts only. The rest of it is useless.

At least the Tribune posted LTTEs from both sides and had decent funny pages.
