5. It's the miracle he's been waiting for-- but I doubt they would allow him to run |
|
As fun as it would be to have a Huckabee race against Obama - imagine how entertaining those debates would be--- I don't think the GOP would ever let him be the candidate. Sure he's personable, likeable, a great speaker and chances are (although anything's possible), he's not going to suddenly show up with a sex or lobbyist scandal. But he is - well, he's totally nuts for one thing and most people know this. Shipping 15 million immegrants (and their American born children) back to their home countries is not exactly a realistic option. Putting Jesus into the constitution doesn't exactly fit with separation of church and state. I think if McCain is out, they will stick Romney back in. Maybe with Jeb as VP. Very possible.

6. Jeb doesn't have a white horse ... |
|
But he does have a brother who's got a 19% approval rating. I don't think even the GOP want him riding in on that ...

8. You guys are giggling about this but there are millions of Murkins who would cast a vote |

for Huckleberry and justify it the same way a lot of Democrats will vote for Hillary Clinton "holding the nose"... Some of us thought the prospect of Dubya "winning" back in 2000 was a big fat funny fucking joke too.

9. So far it seems to not be hurting him at all... |

Personally, I find this to be one of the most boring "scandals" ever. The possibility that this woman may have used his influence for lobbing is more distorubing than the idea that she might have touched his shriveled peepaw peter.
