A Republican lawyer -- Jill Simpson ---was asked by Karl Rove to try to get photos of Siegelmann in compromising sexual posiitons with one of his aides --- if she could.

Part of a 5 year campaign to smear the Governor --- !!!

She spied on Siegelmann for months but saw nothing ---

She is a Republican Campaign operative ---

She wasn't shocked at Rove's request . . . she had had other requests before this from Rove.

Simpson says it bothers her conscience that Siegelmann is in prison ---
