Does anyone care about Ralph Nader on Meet the Press tomorrow? |
|
Personally, I will never forget the canard that Gore = Bush.
It would be a different world today but for Ralph Nader.
It's like he was the Tralfalmadorian pilot who caused the chain of events in Slaughterhouse Five (Or was it Breakfast of Champions?) leading to the end of the world. Not that he meant to.

He wasn't a factor in 2004, and I wouldn't expect him to be this time, either.

4. I think it was Rachel Maddow today who said that last time Nader announced |

he was throwing his hat in the ring was on MTP.
I'm appreciative of all the wrongs he brought to our attention, and believe he taught a lot of us to view things from a different perspective.
I'm also appreciative of the fact that I don't believe he has enough support this time around to throw a wrench into the works should he decide to run.
EDIT - If I'm saying nice things about the guy, the least I can do is spell his name right.

7. Like I stated in some earlier posts, I wish he would find that rock to crawl back under. |

Edited to say;
He may or may not have been a spoiler in 2000, that remains to be determined, maybe someday.

He might not've meant to, but he damn well should've known to not take chances with this bunch running the country.
He can rot, and I'm going to stop here before I get myself in trouble with the mods.

12. Brought out of mothballs and dusted off to skim enough inde votes... |
|
...for glorious Tralfalmadore! (They were in Slaughterhouse Five) If he REALLY wants change, he needs to support a Democrat like I will be doing. I wonder how much the new-cons are paying him this time? No I'll not be watching, I treasure my TV too much for that!
