Something thoroughly disgusting that I saw today...a W '08 bumper sticker.

Thing was maybe two months old, tops. What a revolting and unconstitutional sentiment.

Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything. The vehicle was in a campus parking lot -- patrolled by security guards, and with cameras mounted here and there. If I see it off-campus, though, I think I'll have to remove it or write on it. "This sentiment is against a constitutional amendment made by better people than you."

(Before anyone asks why there's so much security, the campus is in a bad area -- we had a student murdered two years ago for trying to stop a car break-in, and another guy nearly got killed this fall when some armed burglars broke into his apartment. USF -- one of the few colleges in the nation where high security is justified.)

I have got to leave Florida.

What will happen of there is another 9/11 type calamity right before the election? What are the odds the Bush would postpone the election and stay in power? I really worry about this- I think his adminsitration is deranged enough to carry out something like this-I pray I'm wrong..
