She and I are all alone tonight, daughter is at in-laws. She is making some homemade chili and I am grilling up some pork chops.

Life might be bad right now for us, but ya got to try and enjoy each day you have. Home cooking is cheap and always better than eating out.

Things can only get better...especially if we elect a dem candidate (and I ain't saying which one, good lord it would turn into a flame fest from hell, and if I want that I can go to GDP :rofl: )

so making up for it today. Was too upset to eat, so we are combining 2 meals with some hockey and hitchcock movies.

And damn, she makes good chili. Being broke these last 8 months I have lost a ton of weight, so there is an upside :)

7. I never use the 'ignore' functions in forums. I recall how folks

would put folks on ignore back in the early days of usenet simply for posting a contrary opinion.

It saves us all grief. I love ignore.

And it isn't about not wanting to hear contrarians. A good argument is almost as good as chocolate. It's more about not needing to deal with douchebaggery. If you hang out too long with douchebaggery, it's contagious.
