In a stunning move of censorship, the transmission was blocked across the northern third of Alabama by CBS affiliate WHNT, which is owned by interests of the Bass Family. The CBS piece, for which I was repeatedly interviewed, came through on its promise to deliver several additional bombshells. The most significant of these was the disclosure that prosecutors pushed the case forward and secured a conviction relying on evidence that they knew or should have known was false ....

Contact CBS/60 minutes by going to the link and clicking on "contact us" at the bottom of the page. Then tell them THANK YOU for the story and ask them to follow up with more.

If you feel so inclined, ask them any questions you might have. I'm asking why the judge will not give Siegelman's lawyers the trial transcript that he was required to provide them within 30 days -- and without which, Siegelman is prevented from filing an appeal. (And it's past 20 months now, and counting.)
