At his "news conference"? Does he always wear one? I hadn't noticed it before? It appears that he has Barack Obama on his mind?

Also, he was pleading with the House to not hold the Telecoms accountable for breaking the laws. He needed their assistance, he said. My question is: if the Telecoms are breaking the laws, then so is this White House. Why not hold them accountable? It's OK for the White House to break the law but it's not OK for the Telecoms to break the law?
