Patrick Loses Popularity Among Women

BOSTON (WBZ) ― Gov. Deval Patrick's popularity among women in Massachusetts has taken a nose dive.

According to a new Fast Track poll from Survey USA, Patrick's job approval rating has slumped to 47 percent, with 45 percent giving thumbs down to the governor's performance.

And women appear to be the most unhappy.

So what's driving the governor's popularity down?

Deval and Teddy are lucky, they're not on the ballot this year but John Kerry is! If early polls showing an Obama/McCain race being a dead heat hold true, Kerry has a lot of fence mending to do.

Or for being unlucky enough to be governor during an economic turn down?

Are you suggesting that Democrats should vote against Kerry for endorsing as he has? I certainly hope not.
