I watched Colbert last night, at the end after "interviewing" Tony Snow,
he said "Tony Snow, a good man". He seemed to be sincere when he said that. (???)
Slimy Snow pushed Bush**'s war and shares in the deaths of many people.
The other thing : Snow looked very healthy for a guy who is was dying of cancer. Was that a Bush**-Rove fake makeup job to build sympathy for Snow?

2. Snow has stage 3 colon cancer
He had it licked but it returned and I believe he just finished his last round of chemo. All of us cancer survivors look pretty bad until chemo is over and then we pretty much return to normal.

5. Frankly, Snow did a very credible, very tough job, & did it well.
For a chicago bears fan, that is like offering congrats to Green Bay, and saying that their ancient quarterback plays so much better than any bear passer. As hard as the truth may be, it remains the truth. Another example, watching Tony Blair talk his nation into supporting our war. The talent is there, the effectiveness is a given, and one must acknowledge it.

however, ONE IS NOT REQUIRED to agree or like how the talent is used.

In the WH, David Gergin is an example of a talented pro at work, even when the message sucked. Snow is another. Now, we are reduced to a Peroxide Perino, the duncing Dana, the one who puts "clueless" into the English lexicon.

I don't know which one is worse.

7. when I was ein junger, I thought cutesy blondes were great
until I realized that older women were not only warmer, friendlier, more experienced, they were also deeper, with more wisdom and lots of fun to be with. I still think that way.

8. You know, that really bothered me ---- !!!
So much so that I was thinking of starting a thread here about the Colbert Report which is very, very popular --- but I often just don't get it cause he seems to be so often doing things like what he did with Tony Snow . . .

I just don't think that if Colbert is trying to help a liberal cause he's always succeeding . . .
more often it feels like he's helping the neo-con cause . . .

Tony Snow!!!
Sure.... sympathy for having a serious illness --- but suggesting anything more . . . wrong!
