1. There are three bills, and the "Anti-Terrorism Act" seems reasonable
The final bill, the Anti-Terrorism Act provides that no federal agency shall prohibit an airline pilot, copilot, navigator, or law enforcement person specifically detailed for protection of an aircraft, from carrying a firearm.

I don't have a problem with this one. The other two...

3. I have a problem with the whole "Drug-Free, Gun-Free" frame
There is a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms, but no one to abuse illicit drugs. Lumping the two together in a single frame seems, well, ludicrous.

4. i have yet to see
so called "gun free zones' at schools be a solution to anything

and in my state, one is perfectly free to carry guns on to college campuses, and i have yet to see a single shred of evidence, that there is any problem with gun violence on our colleges (UW, WSU, Evergreen state college) because of that recognition of a right.

i went to a high school recently where i saw a sign 'gun free zone'

immediately below that it said (you can't make this stuff up) 'criminal activity prohibited'

the irony is astounding. oh, criminal activity is PROHIBITED on campus? i am sure that is a major deterrent to criminals (rolls eyes)
