Trying to find the text of Don Siegelman's speech at the 2000 DNConvention

that has Dana referencing a 2000 speech? I've been googling for an hour and come up w/zip.

5. before the story broke this past week, I had been searcing for news items

on Don. Amazingly enough, the ONLY search results were articles reporting his trial and conviction.

I am 100% certain that public records have been thoroughly scrubbed.
