He also didn't know that gasoline is predicted to go to 4.00 per gallon....A reporter told him.

Two minutes later, when asked about it, he said he wasn't paying attention to where $$ for his Library was going to come from, saying something like "I don't pay attention to that, I've been working on domestic issues, like the price of gasoline....."
