"greedy, stupid, ignorant people who can never say no to whatever we want."
Most of the folks I've know since the early 80's have had to work hard - often 2 jobs, took out loans for college and worked on the side to get through, continued to work hard, often losing ground in wages and benefits, keeping their education up, assuming more of their health care costs or paying for insurance on their own (big $$s for families), paying more for everything (energy, tuition, food, housing, etc.), scrimping to pay for things for their children - music lessons, sports fees, fundraisers (lots of money has flowed out of public education and local/state government resulting in program and service cuts) - heck, we pay monthly to have our garbage picked up, and we live in a suburb!
All the while corporate profits, investment profits, and executive salaries have soared breaking record after record.
There's more, but given you keep posting the same theme ... I doubt you'll consider this or the other references and stats I provided in your other thread.
