because I'm very careful who I put on it: serial insulters, the patronizing, and the gratuitously nasty. Such people don't last very long.

Everybody gets one mistake. Two means there might be the beginning of a bad habit. Three means I have to consider whether or not their posting history with other people is worth their insults to me.
