He's legally blind, not sure what vision we have left. Would be nice to see someone in office that has the desire to help those who are disabled!

if the Lt. Governor of NY is legally blind it does not mean that he is incapable of conducting the duties of Governor of NY.

I am sure he has ways of obtaining and absorbing information even though he is blind.

Frankly I don't see the problem.
