Spitzer's Downfall Is A Net Positive for NY Democrats. Say Hello to Andrew Cuomo
For all of those outside of NY, Spitzer's term in office has been horrible. He was involved in another scandal using state troopers.

This means that Andrew Cuomo now has an easy path to the NY Governor's mansion in the next election, and he may become future star of the Democratic party.

8. Read It For Yourself
He's been doing quite well as NYAG. He went after banks for defrauding on student loans, and he's going after Fannie Mae. James Craemer called him a "Communist" for doing so.

5. Yes, I Do
Spitzer was probably not going to be re-elected. His first year was a disaster, and this clears the path for a stronger contender.
