How many Generals have resigned since he invaded and occupied Iraq?

Webb's comments

Sen. Jim Webb said Tuesday he is "profoundly concerned" by the sudden resignation of the top U.S. military commander for the Middle East.

Webb, an outspoken critic of the Iraq war, said the resignation of Adm. William Fallon as commander of U.S. Central Command raises troubling questions of whether the Bush administration is willing to consider dissenting views of senior military advisers.

Fallon resigned after an article in Esquire magazine portrayed him as opposing the administration's policy on Iran.

"I know a little something about resigning," said Webb, who resigned as Navy secretary in the 1980s to protest cuts in shipbuilding. "Those are not easy decisions to make. And I would also point out that this administration is not an administration that has tolerated dissent from our military leaders."

7. I hope those callers reflect our concerns that this resignation
is very serious. I have my fingers crossed. This is so bad.

5. Fallon Was An Admiral...
His assholiness figgered the navy doesn't do well fighting in a stinkin' desert.

This regime is hellebent on ramping up the military this year to help Gramps and make a final "killing" in all the profits their wars bring their benefactors. Fallon did a "diservice" to this regime...he spoke the truth. Reality has no place when there's bloodlust and money to be made.

8. I just really hope Fallon and those other retired Generals say
how hellbent these thugs are to invade yet another innocent country. We have to stop this.

9. I Suspect That Will Happen
We've seen it already. Look at how many former Iraqi brass (all Ret) are now speaking out, and how they've joined forces with various Iraq Veterans gruops...IVAW for example...that will be heard from later this year.

The problem is these people are treated like their spoiled sports or have some "grudge" and their messages are distorted by the media "gotcha" game...anything these people say will be immediately refuted by several of this regime's sock-puppets that confuse and muddle what those "on the ground" have to say.

I'm now concerned this regime and the repugnicans will try to use the military as a political tool this year...and Fallon didn't want to play the games. Yes, invading Iran is still a major concern (October surprise), but also there's the PR wars and scare tactics that this regime expects the military to play...confirming how either the "surge" (lull) is "working" or how Al Queda is ready to fly airplane into our heads. The fear card is the only one they can play and then hide behind the flag and military.

Cheers...

realize what is going on and try to stop these criminals.
