I'm a bit confused by this one
Bush vetoes the bill banning waterboarding as a torture and vetoes a bill requiring equal air time in regards to political viewpoints on Christian radio/television. So, as Americans it's more important to be able to torture people than it is to allow for Freedom of Speech? I don't get it.

Whether through torture or banning dissenting viewpoints.
