...November 2007. None of these new money is reaching the average person. It is all virtually going to bail out speculators, hedge fund management groups and Central Banks in a futile effort to prevent an already bankrupt monetary system from collapsing while hyper-inflating world currencies.
In the case of the U.S. the effort seems to be to save face for Bush until he leaves office in January 2009 after which it will be the next president's problem.
