Lewis Black took on Oprah and the Catholic Church

Did he go too far and will each show now have to be more outrageous than his first one? It seemed to me nothing more than picking at scabs and while I usually find him funny, I didn't really find this show to be that humorous and probably just plain offensive..Is this the kind of humor you enjoy?

2. I didn't find it all that funny either and I love his bits on the Daily Show.

And at the end when he called Oprah fat I thought that was a cheap shot.

as i heard rachel maddow remarking the other day (and i agree) how far you can go with offensiveness and attack mode in your comedy is roughly proportional to how funny the bit is.
