I heard after her MySpace address got out, she added another song, changed the downloads from free to 98 cents per, and is currently raking it in. Hate to say this, but there will be kids looking up to her all around the nation.

2. Not everyone lives in perfect lives or makes all the right decisions

I'm sure she will use the notoriety from this to make money as most people in that situation would. True I don't think she's in a position to be a role model for people right now but who knows what she could do with her life, everyone has the potential to do great things given the opportunity. She's certainly an example of how easily things can happen to people and how people you'd never expect can be in such things, not just herself but the Governor as well. We all have our personal faults to deal with some make themselves deal with them better than others.

4. If she's going to be a public spectacle, why should she be a free one?

Currently, notoriety is preventing her from making her rent money as a high-end prostitute. Would you feel more comfortable if she simply became a streetwalker? I'm pretty sure that possibility is closed now, too, due to paparazzi who would follow her.

I'm impressed that she was able to rally quickly enough that she is able, financially, to come out ahead in this mess.
