FYI Stock down by 280+ points
So we are where the week started and then some.

There went 200 b...

This is not good...

And we may see 11000 before the end of May

And the recession is finally admitted to, so how bad are things really?

4. You mean the day the feds poured $200 billion into the Financial Markets?
The 'play out' talk is just old economic terms that are not applicable to what is happening.

The Feds are trying to save the banks right now from collapse

9. I can't either, expect to see more banks going under in the coming months
but make sure you don't have more money in a bank than what the FDIC guarantees

10. Trust me, we don't
:-)

But even then, I can guarantee that if we have a general crash the FDIC funds will not be enough

27. How about that, 10 barrels of oil per ounce of gold.
Just like it was back in the old days when oil was $40 and gold was $400.

Seems like the price of oil measured in gold never changes much at all. Too bad we're not on the gold standard any more. Oil prices wouldn't be going up at all.
