Nat'l Guard drops dummy bomb on apt.
Does this make any sense at all? Why are they conducting training so close to civilians that this could happen? I thought they had government space that you use for these things? Is this typical training to drop dummy bombs near residential areas?

1. It was a faulty release. They didn't bomb Tulsa on purpose.

guardsmen, thought he let the rocket go over a field in Kansas? I didn't see anywhere that said the release was faulty, only that they thought they released it over a field in Kansas. I just wouldn't think that they would release a training rocket that close where it could hit a civilian building?
