no surrender, what in the hell does that mean, evidently it means "stay the course" and keep on doing the same thing and getting the same result. These people play this card before every election when they really are just babysitting an occupation.

How long do they expect to sit there and separate each area, the country will never come together and they are crazy enough to start another war when they don't have the resources to fight they don't have enough , money or people and none of these so called reporters or moderators never go indepth about that point. Everyone who see our country being bankrupted and says they are winning are very uninformed or are watching too many old war movies...

4. stay the course over time = failure - it's like a faucet leaking at the same rate

Biden's reaction was “Treading Water in Iraq Does Not Equal Progress” - announcing hearings to start as soon as Congress is back. Should be interesting.

(And yeah, I know Biden screwed up believing Powell and voted for it and all.)
