Kern refuses to apologize for her remarks, while continuing to slam gays:

An Oklahoma lawmaker rejected demands by gay and lesbian groups on Tuesday that she apologize for anti-gay remarks in which she said homosexuality poses a bigger threat to the U.S. than terrorism.

"I see no reason to apologize for what God says, that homosexuality is a sin," Rep. Sally Kern, R-Oklahoma City, said after 300 people rallied at the state Capitol and called for an end to hate speech.

"I will not apologize. I did not say anything false. I did not say anything malicious or hateful," Kern said. "They are trying to vilify me. That is their tactics."

That's sooooooo ridiculous!! Anyone who knows anything about gays, knows that it's not something that can be taught! You're either gay or you're not.

Personally, I think she should spend about 6 months in a gay community so that she can learn a little about them!

And anything in the Bible is open to interpretation. Yes, it says it is a sin but it also says a lot of other things are too that we don't mind doing nowadays.......

that same sex marriages tend to reduce population growth. That's never good for the church's market (tithing), nor for other entities that make their money from expanding the number of marks to be exploited.

If ever there was a time in known human history where too many people have led to climate change, excess pollution, resource depletion, etc., it is now.
