No don't start throwing stuff at me about age discrimination.
I have grandparents and probably many of you do who are as old as him. I've had grandparents die younger than him.
I'd hate to have to consider voting for him and look at his VP and wonder if he is the only I'm actually going to end up voting for. Sure he see's his doctors frequently "Unlike" most americans. I just still have to wonder when I look at him.
Now I also don't see Him walking around with sudoku or a Nintendo DS with brain games on it, so I have to wonder what he is actively doing to keep his wits smart. Will comments like he made about al-qaeda in Iran get more frequent? Will he be able to handle an entirely new profession as president, or like with the current presidency will the VP take up the burden due to any diminished capacity?

1. His age and his health are issues.. |

let's keep them on the front burner. Lots of senior citizens are capable of some great things, but we don't need another Ronald Reagan in office. My father is McCain's age, and there's no way I would want him to be President.

Speaking as an elementary school teacher trying to comply with the No Child Left Behind regs, controlling the behavior of twenty seven year olds. teaching a very scriped and demanding curriculum with no room for flexibility, being on my feet all day with virtually no breaks except two brief bathroom trips, dealing with forty parents with differing expectations and abilities as well as my administrator, fellow co-workers, school board, etc. leaves me absolutely exhausted at the end of the day. And I am almost thirty years younger than McCain! I could never do this job at his age. It has already become more difficult than it was in my twenties.
