1. guy sounds like a real jerk
Annoyed that his internship was hard. Waaaa. I don't know many that are a walk in the park. Then he complains that he didn't get paid. Well, was it a paid internship? I'd gather not, or then he would've said so. My guess he got fired; he has no abilities to proofread it would seem, or, he simply doesn't know correct usage and spelling.
