And, just like capitalism, (though, generally less so), it's bosses are not immune to Lord Acton's axiom about power.
We can quibble about "real" socialists or "real" capitalists or "real Christians" or "real" liberals, etc, etc. But, all are human and whenever they achieve power, or need to retain power, are seldom reluctant to throw whoever they deem necessary under the bus.
