No cheating question - trade and China |

Data and perception are interesting things. So without looking it up please guess - to yourselves if you like - the answers to the following.
I ask, without much expectation, that nobody post the real data for a little while.
By how much do Chinese exports exceed US exports?
How much of their GDP does either country import?
Where does the US rank on the list of import/GDP countries?
What percentage of US imports come from China?

Don't remember the order, though. I also know China's export to GDP ratio is quite high (40% or so) , and Germany's figure is similar. The US is #1 on the import list. Don't know the answers to the other questions.

|
US is most definitely #1 importer in raw dollars, but imports far LESS of its GDP than China does.
IIRC it's something like 15% versus almost 40%
