Another Explosion this time in LA (electrical fault)
Uhm, with all these explosions happening lately,is anyone questioning it at all? Is anyone asking, Are these actually accidents?

2. I'd say they're really accidents.
If they weren't you can bet the government would be screaming at the tops of their lungs about how we need to give up every freedom to combat the latest terrorist threat. I'm half surprised they aren't doing that anyway.

No, it's probably just the total lack of investment in infrastructure during the past decade producing its inevitable results.
