I apologize if this has been posted here before. It is not breaking news, but it happened on March 14th. This is big and I never heard anything about it in the corporate media.

Give up much?

This is not China. But do we have any more freedom than they do there? Clubbing people, rolling over them with tanks as the Chinese did in Tiannamen , gunning them down here, there, everywhere. Threatening to kill them. It’s all violence. And it will likely get worse before it gets better.

I don’t blame the police. While some are obviously thugs, most likely went into law enforcement to catch bad guys and help people. But they have been encouraged to look at everyone outside of their ranks as lawbreakers. In the video, police are no longer peacekeepers. They are enforcers. And as such they must use force. Always. In all ways.

Is the whole system so corrupt that it has to collapse before there is something new? Is that the intention by some few who believe they hold the power, are entitled to the power? Money, power and control march hand in hand.

So, there are some things “we the people” need to attend to. The population on DU are part of “we the people”. And we can make a difference. Let it start here. We must no longer allow ourselves to be distracted. We are close to making real changes, real.

Leaders lead only when there are those willing to follow. Are you willing to stop playing follow the leader? In order to keep following, we have to be willing to give them our power. Then, they use that against us. Are you following your heart and what you know is right? Or are you so perplexed, exhausted and fearful that you have given up?

Like a family that must drop their bickering in order to join together against danger, are we there yet?

Have we had enough of the in-fighting here to end it now? Please, step away from your computer and into the world. There is something happening. Real events. Not just safe at a distance events. The computer age that has united us is also being used to divide us. Believe it.

Leaders will not change until enough of us are on the streets and bringing pressure to bear on the system of government that has been perverted from what was intended into a grotesque caricature and a total illusion. Our voices must ring in their ears. We all long to be free.

1. I do not mean that anyone was rolled over by tanks in New York
I am thinking about that new weapon our government has. You know, the microwave that causes pain but no burn on the skin.
