1. If he's found innocent of all charges, the judge and prosecutor
that railroaded him might get nailed. That's a very big "if."

Rover will only get his if everybody starts to sing.

2. as someone who lives here, don't care if he does
what's more important to me are the implications in the state in the 2010 elections. The one thing about having an extremely popular Republican governor who is term limited is that there is no one else who has done what he has, and he has no clear successor. Everyone pretty much knows who the Dems are running for Gov. and Lt. Gov. His dropping his senate bid pretty much made it obvious.

And right now, we're guaranteed the Lt. Gov's office because only Dick Shelby himself would stand a chance against Sparks.

Basically, if this blows our way, we could probably take most statewide offices and pick up a few SC seats.

5. Missouri is dealing with the same term limit problem
and it was the wide stance party that rammed them through.

As a consequence, the only ones with institutional savvy are the consultants and lobbyists.

I hope their Dem successors figure out a way around that.

3. Rove, in the last eight years
appears to be a larger than life crook. The 30's had John Dillinger the 2000s has Karl Rove, Dick Cheney, and George Bush.

All in all, bank robbing in the 30's was far less harmful to America.

6. Yes, given an affidavit is sworn and KKKarl won't even testify.
Where is the bridge you have? Alaska? Does it go anywhere?

Do the roll call on the convicted, so far, and the resigned, Abramoff.......
They are not above the law, they are just in control of DoJ.
