I don't say God Bless America I say God Damn America
for all the deaths and misery it has caused in Iraq and other places around the world. Those are not the deeds to be blessed by a caring God...

4. With all those negatives I'm not sure what you are saying but
I am not asking for anyone's vote and neither was Reverend Wright. I am making a statement about this country that tortures and kills indiscriminately.

14. This is why Obama may lose the election.
Refusing to call the hate-monger Wright by his appropriate title.

Refusing to distance Obama or his supporters from the racism Wright spews.

There are too many instances of Obama supporters who repeat the racism and anti-American venom. They defend it... like you, Bandit.

15. Wright is not a hate monger and I am no racist
Refusing to see what's there for you to see is a form of denial.

Are you happy with the way this country has treated AA's? How about it's foreign policy, are you good with that? There are thousands of minutes that he has spoken and out of that you are judging him on this.

How about trying to walk awhile in other peoples shoes rather than label them.

I think he's a good man, human and with more work to do, but overall a good man.

25. I see this as a purely point of view situation.
I absolutely know people who say 'god damn america'. It doesn't bother me because it is no more rational than 'god bless america'.

The world would not be a utopia if America never existed. Humans would find another way to oppress each other.

19. Wright on, Bandit!
REAL terror is having a stroke the day after your COBRA coverage expires! More Americans die from cancer, heart disease, or diabetes in one year than have been killed in acts of terror in 50 years (and I include domestic terror, like that perpetrated by the KKK). Yet, we have a mind-set in this country believing that the "free" market is the panacea for everything, including health-care. Permitting the free-market to govern the allocation of essential services, like energy and health-care, is analogous to letting a lynch mob govern our justice system -- innocent people die.
