Anybody else in the White House with an 8th grade education would have been able to prevent 9/11 in the first place!

Thanks for not being criminally negligent twice in a row, George! And thanks for presiding over other disasters like Katrina and the Iraq war, which makes 9/11 seem much less traumatic, in hindsight.

There's no way to prove that no attacks happened because of Bush. As far as we know, there were no more attacks because I haven't worn green socks since 9/11. Also, there have been numerous attacks in other nations (used to be our allies) that should have been prevented, if Bush were doing his job.
