4. Is there anything more pathetic than Hillary supporters slagging on Keith Olbermann?
Sadly, today's "punishment" posts have set a new low, but anti-KO posts are a close second.

to bush and the imbecile repugs when it was not fashionable to do so.

he just like Obama more than Clinton.

we should all like Both Senator Clinton and Senator Obama. Both are Democrats. Both are good people.

5. Would you care to explain what made you think this?
Oh, and note to the Hillary supporters: in each example he gave of how unfair Fixed News is, to contradict what Rendell said about its "fairness," he itemized how UNfair it has been to one candidate and ONLY one candidate:

Hillary.

He went down an entire laundry list of stupid, unfair things they have said about her, and looked ready to explode with anger at the very idea that Rendell could call them "fair" after all that.

I don't suppose it'll change any minds, but it's what he did, for what it's worth.

13. OK, simple question: how exactly does Hillary win the nomination and the White House?
You want respect? Be the first Hillary supporter to provide a reasonable answer to that question.

For example, here's my "reasonable scenario" for Obama:

Obama wins the pledged delegates. (foregone conclusion at this point)

Obama wins the popular vote. (also a foregone conclusion at this point)

FL and MI are not counted. (Also a foregone conclusion. But even if they somehow are counted, Obama still wins delegates and popular vote.)

30% (in the worst case) of the remaining superdelegates decide that it's a bad idea to take the Democratic nomination away from the winning black candidate and give it to the losing white candidate.

Nomination: Obama.

Obama then uses his opposition to the Iraq war to club McSame into submission, tying him to * at every opportunity. If Obama has time, he also makes McLame look like an idiot on the economy.

General Election: Obama

Your turn. Remember, be specific and reasonable as to how it happens.

18. Here we go with the sexist BS again
Anyone who doesn't fawn all over Hillary Clinton is called a "sexist" - do you see ALL Clinton supporters being called "racist" because they don't support a black candidate? NO!

Olbermann and Matthews (and I !) don't support Hillary Clinton NOT for her gender, but for her 1990s ideas.

Olbermann is the single best liberal voice in the MSM today, but because he doesn't kow-tow to your overlord, you lump him in with the rest of the media (which are the real problem).

Good luck pulling your head from your ass.

7. I Love Fast Eddie!
Say what you want about the man, he knows how to hustle. When he was mayor of Philly, he was EVERYWHERE.

Don't know the context of the FOX remark, but I suspect it's like another poster said; it was probably a diplomatic move of some sort. Still, I'd be surprised if his eyes weren't rolling when he said it.

In any case: Worst Person? Just for that remark? I guess no one else did anything bad this week. :eyes:

I'm part of his constitutiency too...

Met him, seen him 'flash-dance' around Philly for years,
kissing up to anyone and everyone, just to get them
to back his 'brand.'

Politics? Old Style politics... He's losing street cred
real fast with his omni-presence on Fox, and his
always ready knee-pads...

but I'll give him a pass, coz he's outdated,
out of style, and soon, out the door...

24. Olbermann is a Vindictive Asshole
Interesting that this odd attack should come up immediately after Ed Rendell was on Charlie Rose Show, giving a very good account of why women are so angry at the male media's never-ending attacks and bias against Hillary Clinton, so that even people like me, who did not support her, are deeply angry at the male media's treatment of her, and their still-endless fawning over St. Obama the Good, who changes laws to appease nuclear power corporations, votes FOR "Medicare" Part D, and blocks a resolution to the Michigan delegate problem; but that's okay! Rendell was saying, on Charlie Rose, that Keith Olbermann, once a favorite, was now unlistenable, an opinion I have had for a long time now; I am sick of that prick's hatred of women. Instantly after this appearance, suddenly, this weird attack on someone never questioned as a Democrat before, (Wesley Clark, whom no one would question as a great Democrat, used to be employed on that "Fux" channel, after all). MSNBC is so full of bigoted pricks, that it is unbelievable gall that this prick Olbermann, taking a momentary break from sucking Obama's dick, would even get anywhere near the issue of bias and unfair treatment.

And Olbermann was DEFENDING Hillary against FOX and Rendell was saying how FAIR FOX has been to Hillary??? Come on now. Have you even heard the things FOX says about Hillary? I also agree with Olbermann, Rendell was absolutely stupid for saying such a thing. Fox - the people who still bring up the idea that Hillary murdered Vince Foster.

So, you don't support Clinton and you don't like Obama - who ARE you supporting?

29. A Slightly Calmer Answer
Forgive the vulgarity of my post; I typed, then posted immediately. If you are aware of how angry women have become at the media treatment of this race, and the two candidates--(Carole Simpson, the former great reporter with NBC, was giving another really clear explanation on Larry King a few nights ago)--then you might already be aware of the anger of women. It has been expressed on DU many times. Also, I never watch Fox or any other conservative channel, so I do not know what was said; I was giving more an opinion of my increasing anger at MSNBC and all the rest of the media. As to who I was supporting, I actually liked Sen. Dodd at first, then switched to Kucinich when Dodd dropped out. I will support our Democratic candidate; my opinion is all anger at the media, and its general treatment of women, and treatment of the woman candidate here.
