He really is crazy, you know. Just watch him speak. He's certifiably nuts.

He's also delusional. He spoke about the US's having created 'millions' of jobs. He singled out eBay as a shining light example of a new place to 'make a living'.

He and Cheney need to studied now and by scholars of the future.

4. it makes no difference
It is a matter of appealing to the special interest groups that have a large voting block - like Bush did with the evangelical christians.

mccain appeals to the fearful - those that want increased military involvement around the world. Those that prefer a continuation of junior's failed bullying policies.

There are millions of voters that like what they hear from him - and detest the thought of other-than-a-white-middleclass president.

Call him crazy - but he will draw millions of supporters.

5. I saw it and cringed. I googled his height and found out he is 5 foot seven.
That oughta make it impossible for him to win over either one of our possible candidates.
Size matters.

10. True enough. Bushshit is an aberration in every sense of the word.
Nothing surprising about McCain's height. Fighter jocks as a group aren't tall. It's a tight fit in fighter aircraft cockpits and a big long tall cool drink would find it uncomfortably, even dangerously, cramped.

I'd pegged s#*^ at 5'8" at best.

6. Hopefully One More Person Saw That...
A person who was snowed by the cororate media Gramps worship and saw how uninformed and out of touch he is. I swear this dude is on auto-pilot or some mind-altering sedative as he spews such illogical crap and the media just orgasms over it.

I felt the '06 election was as much a rejection of the corporate media as it was for the GOOPers...and I see an even bigger repudiation coming in November. But of course, they won't get the message.

Dave did the country a big favor last night in just letting Gramps dig himself a hole and flop around in it. If this scared just one more voter, then it could be a good thing. I can't see Gramps benefitting from this.

9. I see it in all of his stump speeches.
He wanders around the stage looking up at the lights, rambling and mumbling. He looks like an crazy old coot that should have his name and address pinned on his coat in case he gets lost.

11. OMG, McSame really is channeling George!! Remember when W. gave a speech that included this?
"The entrepreneurial spirit has helped our economy keep pace with new technologies, and America is a leader in innovation. Twelve years ago, eBay did not exist. Today eBay is a global business that reported nearly $6 billion in net revenues last year. Hundreds of thousands of Americans now make part of their living by selling products on that website. EBay is an entrepreneurial success story that has helped thousands of Americans become entrepreneurs themselves." - G.W.B. - Aug. 2007

Of course, Cheney discussed this back in 2004 as well.
