I just happened to catch a little bit of him on the radio. He was defending Walmart's lawsuit against the accident victim, and accusing the family of "extorting" Walmart. When asked by a guest what he would have done if he had been in the victim's position, he stated that he didn't care if it would have made his family destitute, that he would "live by his values".

Pretty fucking easy for someone sitting in an ivory tower to say.
