Corruption in the U.S. vs Corruption in other countries
A friend was telling me how corrupt a latin american country is because some elected officials received private contributions. My thought was that may be the laws in other countries prosecute acts that are legal in the U.S.

1. The diiference is that foreign corruption is officials using the state to rip off companies

while corrupt American officials are employed by companies to start wars that loot the state and the world.

Just a few words different, but a world of difference.
