It's called "Obama's Dime Store Mein Kampf". The tome in question is Obama's memoir, Dreams from My Father, and the conceit is not an April Fool's joke. That's actually what Ann Coulter thinks. The supporting evidence is such like the following:

For those of you in the "When is Obama gonna play the 'N-word' card?" pool, the winner is ... Page 85! Congratulations!"

And:

He says the reason black people keep to themselves is that it's 'easier than spending all your time mad or trying to guess whatever it was that white folks were thinking about you.'"

And:

In college, Obama explains to a girl why he was reading Joseph Conrad's 1902 classic, "Heart of Darkness": "I read the book to help me understand just what it is that makes white people so afraid. Their demons. The way ideas get twisted around. I helps me understand how people learn to hate."

Goodness, I tremble. As does commenter "Chuck," from Fresno—"I took a survey a while back and was asked what I thought about Oboma and I said he was a wolf in sheeps clothing just waiting to kill the flock--I am right"—and "Burnet1187"—"It frightens me to think that around half of my fellow citizens of our magnificent country would vote for this black racist commie maniac." "Spike," from Minnesota, agrees—"As you said ann, he is as bonkers as Hitler"— though one "Kristine" demurs: "'Stark bonkersville'? Isn't that putting it mildly?"

It goes on and on, 23 pages and 452 comments in two hours and fifteen minutes. The most surreal repsonses are the ones in which Ann's readers act like she's performed some sacrifice, some great national service, unearthing this esoteric hate-screed that Obama's been hiding in a vault somewhere:

HOW COME????? YES, I AM SCREAMING!!! How come this book is hidden about this man that wants to be our next president? People better wake up... this man could slip thru and we'll wonder, what happened??? THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!!!!

Because, you know, Dreams from My Father is indeed redolent of the words of history's greatest mass murderer, sentiments like, "Never forget that the most sacred right on this earth is man’s right to have the earth to till with his own hands, the most sacred sacrifice the blood that a man sheds for this earth," and, "Any alliance whose purpose is not the intention to wage war is senseless and useless," and "The Jew’s life as a parasite in the body of other nations and states explains a characteristic which once caused Schopenhauer, as has already been mentioned, to call him the 'great master in lying.'"
