See folks, even though these arrests happened a few years ago, we felt it was in everyone's best interest to shove it back onto the front page of Drudge Report, see? You never know when Muslim terrarists are going to strike! That's why we need you to be good little sheep and vote McCain and Republican in the November elections. This is why we need to keep torturing people, even though we know it doesn't do any good, it just makes us feel safer. This is why we need to keep spying on your phone calls and emails. If you don't have anything to hide, then why should you worry?

2. I heard a report on BBC radio about this case tonight

It seems to be all over the British news. The arrests took place 2 years ago but the trial just started yesterday. Are you suggesting that the British prosecutors and news media are trying to influence the elections here in the states by reporting this? Is it at all possible that some of these guys did mean to do what's alleged, or do you think it's all a put up job.

That's why I referenced the Drudge Report in my post. Seems like anytime something remotely terror related happens, Drudge posts it on his site lickety-split.
