Robert Kagan's book "Of Paradise and Power"
Has anyone read Kagan's book "Of Paradise and Power"? I would like to know what you think about the argument within the book. I looked up the book at amazon.com and the reviews by amazon.com and booklist.

1. I sure miss new books. I can not buy them and I have no car
I wonder if this internet has books that you could read that are new books. I read a lot of the old books on here. I have re-read the old college list and read so many I have missed. But on a fixed income it is hard to buy many books. I turned my car over to my son as it gets good gas miles. That I miss, the weekly trip to the library.

2. CAMPOS: Wait until next year . . .
Paul Campos has a good column on the Kagan Klan:

The Kagans are always wrong about everything
The Kagans all have full-time jobs analyzing Iraq for the benefit of the American public, and, in analytic terms, they're currently on the equivalent of a 73-game losing streak.

The Kagans are always wrong about everything.

But does the fact the Kagans are always wrong about everything, often in ways so spectacularly ludicrous that it would be funny if not for all the dead people, have any negative effect on their careers?
