Why doesn't the MSM ever talk about the Rethug's "tall tales"? |
|
First it was Gore that was attacked by the MSM for dishonesty, now HRC.
Why not Bush? Why not McCain? Why are we still hearing about what a straight talker McCain is, when he has been just as willing to lie about Iraq as Bush?
Obama supporters shouldn't be too gleeful at the roughing up that HRC is getting -- when Obama becomes the nominee, the same MSM is going to go after him. The Dem candidate is always the exaggerator, the liar, the guy who "flip-flops," the guy who can't be trusted; the Rethug is always the straight-shooter, the straight talker, the ordinary guy, the guy you want to have a beer with.
To the MSM, thinking hard, making important distinctions, is just another way of dissembling. But as long as you are a Rethug and are CONSISTENT in your lies, you can safely repeat the same garbage over and over again.

However, unlike with Gore and Kerry, I will feel no sorrow when the MSM goes after Obama (if they do). The left wing activists have had no problem jumping on the "Bash HRC" bandwagon. Actually, the left wing activists have made the problems with HRC worse than they already were.

3. That's really sad, because if they go after Obama like that |
|
we will be talking about pres.mclame.
This is not an insult to Obama just the truth about how the media works and will stop at nothing to take him out of the running.

4. The MSM had been beating on HRC from day one. |
|
and Obama and his supporters have jumped in on this. Obama and company cannot expect we Clinton supporters to come to his defense after what has happened to HRC.

|
because of some rabid supporters decided to show their true mentality (rating right down their with repugs) Our main objective is to get a dem in the White House we need to support each other and go after the opposition.

8. Well, we're talking Straight-Talkin' Johnny Maverick! |
|
And you know how the mainstream just lurves them a maverick! A Black person willing to disparage affirmative action programs he personally benefited from, a woman who pisses all over the women's movement, or a working man who votes Republican. There are, naturally, limits. Anyone, for example, who doesn't hew to the High Church of Redemptive Violence liturgy is right out, and never is heard a pacifist word on the nation's airwaves. Now, if you're a pacifist who advocates violence, I suppose you'd be all right.
