Most people would easily mistake a psychopath of being stupid but that would be a fatal mistake. I don't think he is smart he just lacks a conscious, so this frees him to do anything without remorse.

Edit: I saw the 60 minutes interview as well. Amazing how even their administration knew what would happened in post-war Iraq yet continued to ignore the facts. Glad Feith got exposed for what he is....
