She was not censored. Congress didn't infringe on her right to free speech. She has every right to walk around calling Clinton and Ferraro "fucking whores" all day long, if she wants.

She does not, however, have a right to broadcast on Air America. She does that as part of a contractual agreement with the owners of the station(s). If she pissed off AA management, and her contract allows for disciplinary action for the type of behaviour she displayed, then they have every right to discipline her. Many contracts, especially those of high-profile personalities, will have personal conduct clauses. Neither you nor I know if that's the case here, but it's a possibility.

She is not being censored. She can stand on a soapbox on the corner of Hollywood and Vine and tell the whole world exactly what she thinks.

it was the day she was "suspended" and malloy was on air with a horrible cold. he was going to be off friday and all this week. i thought maybe the only reason he came to work was to talk about this/randi/aar--he sounded so sick he probably should have stayed home. and i remember he was saying a lot of stuff about these "suits" that are running the show over there.
