10. Yes they're all tools but the differences outweigh the similarities
By comparison with McCain, the first one can still pound in a nail.
The second one still has its teeth.
The third one's ring is the same width as when first it was made.
And the fourth can turn to both the left and the right as needed, not just righty tighty, righty tighty all the time.
