If we had their honor system, there'd be so many committing seppuku on Wall Street and in government that we'd have the place cleared of fascist vermin in no time.
Sadly, we have the reverse of the honor system in place.

Just like in Chile, Russia, Argentina, and Bolivia.
The only sure thing will be starvation, torture, and murder. bush knows that they cannot get their economic reforms in a democracy because the voters will generally vote their self interests.
