If it is, then the word you're really looking for is "The Clagina," in which case, both "Clinis" and "Clagina" would be sexist.

Actually, "The Clenis" can be an anti-male sexist word, but there are exceptions depending on its use. For example, I believe it is acceptable to use the word when you deride people for being obsessed with "The Clenis."
